29 Weeks

I did it! I am posting two weeks in a row! Whoop whoop!

It has been a busy past few days. Jeff and I have been going strong trying to get things situated into the house and getting the nursery set up. I have been searching this town high and low for a used night stand that I can paint for the babies room. Still no luck but I know I will find it!

I have also been sewing up a storm. My mom requested that I make some pacifier clips to sell at Canton in her booth so I made a few to see how they do.

Then I made some fabric envelopes for me. Jeff and I are in the transition of a cash only system with our budget. We have only done it for a month but so far I am liking it. I thought it would be more fun with cute fabric envelopes. How cute are these? I love them!

Now here is an update on my pregnancy!

Pregnancy Highlights for the Week:

How Far Along: 29 weeks. Where did the time go?

Fruit/Veggie: The weight of a butternut squash

Size: a little over 15 inches, 2.5 pounds

Baby changes: Abigail now weighs about 2 1/2 pounds (like a butternut squash) and is a tad over 15 inches long from head to heel. Her muscles and lungs are continuing to mature, and her head is growing bigger to make room for his developing brain. His bones are soaking up lots of calcium these days. This trimester, about 250 milligrams of calcium are deposited into his hardening skeleton each day. My uterus is now about 3 to 4 inches above my belly button.

Best Moment this week: Celebrated 8 Months of marriage with my hubby!
Gender: Girl, Abigail Grace

Movement: She is still a big mover! I feel her mostly in the mornings and a nights but if I rest during the day, I can feel her doing flips and turns and kicks in my stomach. Still such a weird, amazing feeling to me.

Food Craving: I haven't had any cravings this week.

Sleep: Sleep has been off and on this week. Most nights I only wake up once or twice, but there are some nights I am tossing and turning all night long.

What I am looking forward to: going to Indiana to visit Stephen, Lydia and the newest Keefauver, Grayson! So excited! I am also looking forward to continuing to set up the nursery!

Symptoms: Lower back still hurts but I think this will stick with me from now on. Other than that I am just tired. I have been really busy the past week and now it is catching up with me!
